Not only do we supply variety of bath products, but also services. Customer satisfaction is our main priority. In the event that you do have a problem with any bathroom product purchased from Soak, then please call or email us.

When contacting us to open a warranty clain, please provide your name, phone number, product model number, and a copy of your invoice if possible. Pictures of the part in question would assist in the proper identification of the part required and aide in assisting of diagnosing any problem that you might have, helping to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

  • Two years replacement parts only warranty on all components
  • Glass and decorative floorboards are not covered
  • Showers assembled by Soak technicians include a one year labour warranty

Massage bathtubs

  • Two years replacement parts only warranty on all components

Vanities & Cabinets

  • 1 year warranty coverage against manufacturing defects

Swim Spas

  • Lifetime warranty on structure
  • 3 year warranty on plumbing parts
  • 2 year warranty on heating components
  • 1 year warranty on electronics
  • 1 year labor warranty

Toilets & Basins

  • 1 year warranty coverage against manufacturing defects

Patio Sets

  • 1 year warranty coverage against manufacturing defects

Defective Parts

Defective parts under warranty may be required to be returned to SOAK for verification, at owner’s expense. If parts are deemed factory defective, SOAK will replace and ship warrantied parts at our expense.

Shipping Damage

For customers receiving the products via shipping, note any damages of the packaging before accepting the shipment. Soak is not responsible for damages that may result in improper transport and handling of the product.

All bathroom products warranties are for parts only. Labour charges are typically the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise. Warranties are non-transferrable to any other purchaser or party other than the original purchaser or builder from an authorized dealer.
