Our technical team will provide professional technical support, services, and product knowledge to our customers. We have a full storage parts department. We service what we sell. I purchased the first steam shower in 2010 and had it installed in my basement with your installers. We had a height restriction and solved it without problems. I thank you for helping me to decide on the right model to fit our needs.

I liked the idea of having the steam option. I had no idea how much I would, not only enjoy but, need the steam for my Asthma condition. I love and use the one in my basement so much that I decided to replace the tub in my master ensuite. I had the 2 person steam shower installed in 2012 and it was installed by the same installers. We worked well with them as per your instructions on what their requirements would be. Thanks again.

We bought a beautiful luxury steam shower at the Home & Garden show 2 years ago. It sat in our basement for a year before we decided to move and didn't need it anymore. Soak (salesman Kim and owner Diana) took back the shower a year later and gave us an in-store credit.

Soak (salesman Kim and owner Diana) took back the shower a year later and gave us an in-store credit.  After a couple of visits there, we decided to use the credit for hot tub supplies and Kim was so helpful even though he wasn't really "selling" anything. I gave a 5 star-thumbs up for good ol' fashioned customer service. I will be buying all of our hot tub supplies from them from now on. Kudos to Soak!

I want to give a huge thank you to you at Soak Bath for the exceptional customer service you provided.   The two service persons you sent out to my home at a discounted rate were also exceptional in their customer service and professional consultation.

These two people, Louis (plumber) and Suff (service repair) were able to find the problems I was having with my new unit installed by who I initially believed were also professional trades people, outside of Soak.  What I originally believed to be the fault of this Soak product was actually caused by incompetent installation by the independent agents I hired.

What a relief to now know the truth and get the recommendation plus service provided to move forward.
